My career started in clinical settings at Sunnybrook Hospital, watching where care broke down and understanding why it's not just a clinical problem. It's a systems problem. An information problem. A product problem.
From there, I moved into government, helping shape Ontario's Hospital Information Strategy at the Ministry of Health. That policy enabled a billion dollars in public savings and changed how hospitals procure shared IT systems.
From there, an early product hire for what became PC Health, one of Canada's largest digital health platforms. I then moved to QHR Technologies, where I scaled their patient virtual care and messaging platform, Medeo, before joining Elemy in San Francisco to build the infrastructure for pediatric autism care and help raise $219M in venture funding.
Today I lead the Group Benefits & Health Platform Product at Manulife, serving 2.0 million Canadians.
